The inertial measurement unit (hereinafter referred to as the ‘product’) uses a three-axis integrated fiber optic gyroscope and a three-axis MEMS accelerometer as sensitive devices for angular velocity and visual acceleration, respectively, to measure the angular velocity and acceleration information of each axis of the carrier coordinate system. The angular velocity and acceleration information are sent to the acquisition and processing circuit, and after sampling, filtering, and error compensation, the angular velocity and visual acceleration information are output to the outside world.
The product has high precision, small size, light weight, and strong adaptability, suitable for attitude control and inertial navigation. It can be widely used in fields such as autonomous driving, unmanned aerial vehicles, electro-optical pods, submersibles, and missile navigation systems.
