  • Q1. What is your sample policy?
  • We charge a sample fee, and customers are responsible for shipping costs. We will use the customer's preferred courier and provide tracking information. The sample will be sent once the fee is received.
  • Q2. Is there any discount?
  • A: After we submit the sample price, if more quantity is needed, we will quote the bulk price.
  • Q3. What are your terms of delivery, and what are the quotation methods?
  • A: We can offer different types of quotation, including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU. If you have air freight agent in China, we can quote EXW and FOB price, otherwise we can assist you to quote air freight for CIF, CFR, and DDU price.
  • Q4. How about the delivery time delivery times after placing the order?
  • A: For sensors, parts and modules: in stock-one week; no stock-2-4 weeks; For customized products, generally, 8-12 weeks.
  • Q5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
  • A: Yes, we have 100% test before product delivery. We will provide product testing report for each batch of product.
  • Q6. How to deal with the quality issues?
  • A: We have warranty time for each product, which you refer to the product datasheet. After confirmed that the product has quality problems, we will replace it for you free of charge in the shortest possible time.
