AC-SMA High Precision Single Axis MEMS Accelerometer ±5g~±50g 5V Supply SPI Digital / Differential Analog Output
The AC-SMA-XXD series accelerometer is a single-axis capacitive MEMS accelerometer, consisting of a fully silicon MEMS sensing structure and a low-power signal processing ASIC composition. AC-SMA-XXD is powered by a single power supply (5V) and features low typical power consumption (11mA). Its output is either a digital signal in SPI protocol or a fully differential analog signal (common mode voltage at 2.5V), and the analog output voltage ranges from 0.5V to 4.5V.
